Bonding

Bonding is a versatile dental treatment used to address issues such as decay, chipping, fractures, or tooth discoloration. During the bonding procedure, a dentist utilizes composite resin, a type of plastic material, which is mixed into a paste. This paste is then tinted to either whiten or match the color of the natural teeth. Multiple layers of resin are applied to each tooth during the bonding process, allowing for precise shaping and color matching to achieve natural-looking results.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth naturally darken with age, and stains can be caused by various factors such as consumption of coffee, tea, berries, certain medications like tetracycline, smoking, and tooth trauma. To address tooth discoloration, there are multiple teeth whitening options available. These include professional in-office bleaching treatments performed by a dentist and at-home bleaching kits recommended by dental professionals.

Bridges and Implants

Two common methods for replacing missing teeth are dental bridges and dental implants. Dental bridges consist of artificial teeth anchored by adjacent natural teeth. The bridge typically comprises two crowns with the false tooth positioned between them, resting on the neighboring teeth for support. On the other hand, dental implants involve the surgical placement of artificial tooth roots into the jawbone, providing a sturdy foundation for tooth replacement.

Oral Examination

Oral cancer can originate from cells in the mouth, tongue, or neck. During an examination, your dentist assesses the neck, head, face, and interior of your mouth for any abnormalities such as lumps or irregular tissue. Additionally, they inspect your mouth for any sores or discolored tissue that may indicate potential issues.
